To the OP, check your spam and junk mail files. Those filters often route legit mail from contacts unknown to your system to those files. Also, be sure to verify that the park has your correct email address. Over the phone, P's T's Z's E's B's C's D's G's and V's all sound about the same. People also put all sorts of characters, underscores, dashes and the like in their email addresses. Some people also use numbers and sometimes spell out those numbers. I have seen email addresses like Bob1two3@xyz.com where they person doesn't tell us the two is the spelled version, not just 123. Then they wonder why they didn't get their confirmation.
