Considering renewal for 10th year (some questions)

We have had $112.95 GS/Roadside Assistance plan for 9 years now, though thankfully we have never had to use it, yet. It's time to renew, or not, and after reading all of this years GS mailings on the ...

We have had GSERS for many many years and have used it several times, twice in our own yard (long story). Only once was the service mediocre (long wait time, confusion between service provider and call center as to where we were broke down) but it was resolved satisfactorily. Every other time it has been great. For us it has been well worth the money.
