Considering renewal for 10th year (some questions)

We have had $112.95 GS/Roadside Assistance plan for 9 years now, though thankfully we have never had to use it, yet. It's time to renew, or not, and after reading all of this years GS mailings on the ...

So if I understand this correctly, the only difference between the platinum and platinum+ is the 100 towing miles to a place that I choose? I really wish GS would make this clear in their web site !!!! That doesn't sound like it is worth the xtra $$$. This 100 mile option should be part of the platinum plan, come on GS!!!
