Customer Service Quality Question
I submitted an online claim today roof damage to my 2021 Grand Design Solitude.
I attempted to call them to ask when they would be approving the claim but their automated phone system seems to be really hosed up. I had to enter my claim number 4 times in order to get placed on hold to speak with an agent. After an hour of patiently waiting on hold, the line finally rang through and the call was dropped immediately (on their side).
I'm just curious if anyone in this forum has found Good Sam/National General Insurance to be a reputable/responsive company to work with. My thought is, why would Good Sam affiliate themselves with a company that wasn't reputable/responsive? So I'm guessing it's just me but I wanted to check out other RV owner's experiences.
