Customer Service?

I tried calling to get some info on the Platinum deal you have on the web site. When talking to two different people the just kept ignoring my question and just kept asking me for my personal info. You do not need to know anything about me to answer a question about a special you have on your web site. The one guy even said he needed my info to look up my account. I guess I will just go to AAA.

  • Just after my previous post I did call AAA for a flat tire on our car in our driveway. Service was excellent but not a big deal. Still cost me $20 to get the tire repaired so I suppose I "saved" 30 or 40 for the service call. Of course it would have been much more if it had been the MH.

  • Wow I thought I would have received a PM with a direct phone number to call and take care of this. I guess it's true all you want is our personal info so you can sell it to others and hound us on the phone and send tons of junk mail.
  • I've had GS and now AAA. I can't fully endorse either and wonder if I really need any road service. My auto and MH insurance will provide many of the same services but I guess I hang on because of uncertainties about getting my 30 ft. MH towed. Honestly, we use little of what the plans offer. The various discounts never seem to apply to anything we routinely use or do and even if they did we would forget to check. In 40 years of RVing only once have we needed towing and that was a pop-up. We have used both road services 2 or 3 times but with the smart phone I think we could have managed OK. And yet, I still belong to AAA for now.
  • My complaint was about them just asking for my personal info and ignoring my questions. Your response is to ask me for more personal info.
