Chassis is a 97 but it should be registered as the model year the Coach builder calls it. This is a federal reg. The chassis year VIN is not the controlling factor. Someone here will post the regulation eventually
for example my 1990 southwind is on a 1989 chevy chassis it is registered as a 1990
