While you may want GS to deal with this, I really see it as the tow company's problem. In my business, I was required to indemnify the person who referred the customer to me. In other words, if I screwed up, I or my insurance paid. I believe the same applies here. You may have to file with your insurance company and then have them go after the tow company's insurance which they may or may not do depending on the size of their payout.
