Christy has been most helpful in my claims process, hand-holding me every step of the way, patiently clarifying every issue I raised and updating me of the status and responding very promptly (like, within a hour) to my every communications and following up with the other coordinative services or companies involved.

I anticipated a frustrating claim process as what had happened previously in my past experience. Christy not only provided a smooth and seamlessly customer experience for me an exceeded my expectations to the nth degree.

Marcus, you have a gem of an employee in Christy Bishop and I hope that her example will be emulated into the whole of the organization and hers will set an example, nay a benchmark, for your organization's responsiveness and total satisfaction customer service and experience.

As I keep on saying, I wish Camping World success and to provide a holistic go-to (as I've been doing when I can) services for the whole of the country for RVers like us peace of mind as we travel the country.

    Actually, I have another good experience -- and commendations too -- with their Sacramento-Roseville sales team.

    It's an opposite experience from two years ago where I have to go back to them for 3 times for repairs on new RV. I can attribute them to lousy workmanship of the manufacturer, but the bad response from their Service Department was something else.
