Dear Marcus:
Since I am told by member services that you are the only corporate being without a phone number listed, I am wondering do you actually respond to the posts on this forum?
Who is actually administering this joke we call the Good Sam Extended Service Plan?
I need to speak to someone from corporate, if not Marcus then somebody who carries some weight with claims administration. I only got Eric's voice mail and I think he tried to call me back, but we didn't actually have a conversation. John Birkheiser was no help at all. I have been on the phone ALL DAY trying to get an issue resolved, and nobody at the Good Sam Wonderclub is capable of it.
Do you REALLY want me to post the problem I am having here publicly? No skin off my nose. But if I actually do that, I am going to open every single OTHER RV forum and consumer complaints board I can find and copy and paste until my keyboard burns up.
