Here we go again. Why do I even have to follow up through this forum?
Here is the case. I cancelled Service Agreement Number 81375233 dated 3/10/18 procured at your Valencia (CA) Dealership and sent the prescribed Cancellation Request Form and copy of the Good Same Extended Service Plan.
The cancellation was effective July 23, 2019, or the date I lost the use of the RV under the plan.
I thought I can continue my Service Plan into my new unit but I found it too costly than my previous one. Hence, I sent the ante-dated cancellation on October 15 and was told an approximately timeline of getting a refund as long as 3 weeks.
It was send Oct 15 and after a week got the confirmation from Assurant that they forward it to CW Valencia who will send me the refund.
A few follow later with no response whatsoever, so here we are again.
So what's up?
