Dec 23 breakdown on I24
DW was following me in our chase car. Called on family radio that she had lost all power and was pulling over. We were a half mile from an exit.
To make a long story short we called GS, operator after getting our info told us a tow would be there within an hour. Told her we wanted to be taken to a Ford dealership. She said that would an additional milage charge. Turned out to be $10.and change. Tow was there in 45min very professional.
I'm posting because most we see are the complaints and on a busy Friday before Christmas GS came through for us.
