They all do it. Not just GS. Remember Readers Digest? Send in your 3 year renewal and couple of months later they would send you another bill.That is the easy part. Some of those companies will actually charge your credit card for another renewal. I think it is more incompetance than anything else. OK, I'm with GS on this one. I think it was an error. However, even though Marcus gets all the publicity of some great CEO I think he has really run CW into the ground and is now working on GS. He thought he would pick up a bunch of loyal GS customers for CW that would buy no matter the price. Wrong. Not in todays world. What he has done for GS is create a bunch of ho hum management. His objective is to investors. Not to me the consumer. JMHO
