I have personally researched your account. We did, in fact, receive your information from our valued partner, Pilot Flying J, in January of this year in order to provide you with a complimentary one year trial membership to the Good Sam Club. Pilot Flying J's records show that you signed up for their loyalty card on January 27, 2011 but we did not extend the trial Good Sam Club membership to you until late January 2013. You should have received a Good Sam Club Welcome Kit in February 2013 explaining your complimentary membership and providing you with your membership card. I apologize if you did not receive this information and have not been aware of your trial membership. The letter that you received was not an invoice, but a notification that your Good Sam Club membership will be expiring in a few months. At your request, we have removed your name from our mailing list, but please know that your membership is still valid until January of 2014. There is absolutely no obligation for you to continue your membership or utilize any of the Good Sam Club benefits. Again, I apologize for any confusion.
