Disappointed. Why the spite??

It's the Holiday Season - no matter which one you personally celebrate.
Can't help wonder WHY spiteful messages (w/photos of Hitler Youth) are allowed to be inserted under the guise of a "heads up" about screw-in light bulbs in California in the Tech issues forum.
