I apologize for not knowing how to post like a pro, but I just might learn quickly. So, this response will be on one thread? Thanks for the moral support. If others have had bad experiences, perhaps BETTER SERVICE by Good Sam's is in the works now that I am trying to sound an alarm. Good can come from this experience. It's just that my husband ain't experiencing anything GOOD about it at this time. We don't really need for anything right now, other than prayers. We have what we need I THINK. Great Insurance coverage for one thing, which so many people out there are lacking - not due to their own faults. We've been there, done that! Thanks again, bye now, Joyce
