Mr. Lemonis, all I am trying to point out is it is apparent you are trying very hard to correct the problems by furnishing your e-mail and also phone numer as I under stand. It just seems a good CEO should be a good delagator of duties. Micro managing GS and CW is helpful to a few but it seems lots of others are falling through the cracks.I hope I'm not being too critical but it is either your delagation, your management team or both. I personally dislike hearing GS and CW get bad Publicity. Fortunately most people not on this forum don't hear it. 10 years ago I was a loyal CW customer. Not so much any more. GS customer much longer than that. (About 1988). I really don't desire to change ERS providers but I can relate to this ladies sad story. I am 75. I could find myself in that same situation. Again, I really appreciate your personal efforts. Unfortunately it didn't help that lady and I shouldn't have to contact a CEO to get a tow truck when I have GS ERS. This doesn't mean I am right it Is just my personal opinion.
