Woodland Lakes rv park north of Houston's cancellation policy is only revealed on your invoice after you pay !
I reserved three sites for November and in September conflicts came up where we couldn't go.

They will not refund the $50 fee per site so we are out $150 !!!!

Thirty days before the reservation ?!?!

I have since had a chance to ride through the park and it is NOT a nice park... not sure we could get our rv down the one track path on the side of the firehouse nor make the turn to get into the park where all the oil field workers have their work trucks and old rv's parked....

Do I have any recourse in that I've NEVER seen a refund policy posted after you paid !!!!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you received when trying to cancel your reservation with this Good Sam park. Our current evaluation process does not include reservation/cancellation policies since these policies are at the discretion of the park and can vary depending on the park. Although Woodland Lakes RV Park is a Good Sam Park, the park is not owned or operated by Good Sam. This is a privately owned park who has agreed to give a 10% discount to our Good Sam Members. Since the park is privately owned, it is at the park’s discretion as to how they handle their reservation/cancellation policies and all inquiries should be directed to them.

We try our best to provide our members with friendly, clean, and dependable parks so we will be keeping this complaint on file. We will also continue to monitor the feedback we receive for Woodland Lakes RV Park.

Well, it has only been five months, be patient.

I looked at pulling ours to Houston when we go to visit family but the nightly rates were insane compared to what I'm used to paying. Cheaper for us to get hotel down there.

You do realize decisions as important as this takes "time". Can't just jump in and write a check. :B

They do appear to offer a 10% discount for Good Sams members, assuming this is the park. And they have the Good Sam Logo on their main page, so I ASSUME they must be a Good Sam affiliated park
