Does anyone CARE?
My Good Sam membership auto-renewed and was automatically paid on November 22nd, 2013. After not receiving a new membership card by January, I finally called and spoke to someone who's attitude was "you really don't need the card." I was given a free night of camping certificate as a peace offering. I got the certificate in the mail, only to recognize that it was only valid for about 60 days... so that went unused. Now it's almost MARCH. Three months into my 12 month membership and I still don't have a physical membership card. My initial card was so flimsy that it disintegrated in my wallet, and the text is not readable.
You really don't seem to want me or my family as customers do you? My father-in-law is also a member, and has been upset about not receiving his magazine for a long time. I explained the new system and he claims he never received a letter about picking a new magazine.
I'm very disappointed... At this point I want my membership dues back, and you can keep the card.
