OOPS..... I was wrong. They did sent an email approximately 1 week before the the due date. Saying our autopay had been scheduled. Then they didn't take the payment and charged a late fee and raised the interest rate for nonpayment and moved the account to a new bank. GS should have insured their customers had a smoother transition. The only reason GS changed banks is to increase their bottom line. Nothing wrong with making a profit. Just don't like them doing it by jerking their customers around.
