If people would just take the time to "read" the contract/policy, they wouldn't be so confused about what is covered and what isn't. Another problem I see is that when a salesman is describing the service, the buyer doesn't always comprehend exactly what the salesman is saying...or...the salesman is spewing a bunch of bs just to make the sale.
Bottom line....read the contract/policy.
