Thank you for the post hotjag1. I apologize for any confusion during your recent attempt to get service. Our number one concern when assisting a member is their safety. While we may have provided tire repairs in the past it would have been at a service provider's discretion. Due to safety concerns and potential liability regarding repaired tires we are unable to secure that specific service type for members. There are no kickbacks concerning the price of a tire, we incur the same fee for providing a tire placement service call regardless of the price of the tire.
