I reviewed the request we received and the intent of our representatives trying to walk you through the potential solutions is not based on an unwillingness to send out service. We're trying get you back on the road in the most efficient way possible and potentially save you the cost of the of parts and labor for an onsite repair. I believe you are speaking about your ESP program when mentioning the deductible.
