Everyone is entitled to ther opinion. I will tell you that I had a blowout on a trailer with Carlise tires and GS ERS found an AVAILABLE service provider with the tire I needed and brought it to me. They paid for the call and I paid for the tire and the mounting. I am happy.
I, me, myself and I could have found the same tire much cheaper but not along the side of a 4 lane highway on a 95 degree day. Again I was happy with the service, not the tire price, but the service was excellent. I am sorry that the local discount tire shop carrying your exact size and brand of tire did not have a fully equipped service truck available when you broke down. If you find a roadside service provider that will pay to repair/patch your tire along the side of a highway at no additonal cost to you let us know.
