We have had the ESP plan for about 7 years. Every year it costs a little more and fewer things are covered. REad the fine print. What was covered a couple years ago is no longer covered. Trying to ferret out what they will actually pay for takes a Phila. lawyer. They will not pay to replace our washer/dryer which is unrepairable. They insist in a repair order being written up for non-existent parts which basically means we are on our own.
We have had awning sensors and fridge doors (seals) replaced before, but no longer and YES, we have a GOLD plan with additional seals and gaskets coverage.
