Extended Service Plan
I just wanted to share my recent experience with Camping World and the purchase of my 2018 Montana. I have purchased 3 campers from the same sales person that I trust. With my most recent purchase signing papers with the finance guy he of course presented the extended service plan options. He was very friendly until I informed him of my desire to not purchase any of the options. He then became visibly upset, and very cold towards my wife and I. He turned a very exciting moment for us purchasing a top of the line Montana, into one that was very uncomfortable. I manage sales people in a much more sophisticated industry, and if he had been my employee he would be without a job treating a customer in this fashion. I understand he is “selling” these things, but when a customer chooses not to buy you don’t try to strong arm people, or treat them disrespectively. This will be my last purchase from Camping World. He was obviously from the old school car salesmen mentality. Bully and pressure to try to make a sale. In other words a loser...
