Extended warranty won't pay for repair

Been three years between post. Rear leveling jack failure. Extended warranty wants to pay for only a repair kit but authorized repair center after speaking with manufacturer says it can't be repaired and new ones are no longer being made. Why won't warranty cover the cost of a suitable replacemnet jack?

    Take warranty company to small claims court. Maybe even Judge Judy.
