Feedback on company called by Good Sam

They came out, even noted it was a solenoid issue, which no one could find. They called the manufacturer, no one called back, so they knew what the issue was, just not where the solenoid was, and from reading the post, you did not know where it was either. They were able to get you going, which is better than spending all that time, holding up their hands and tell you they will be back when the manufacturer calls, and left you sitting.
There are hundreds of MH's out there, how you would expect anyone to know where everything that could have an issue is on every make and model is absurd to say the least. At least you made it home, and could call from the comfort of your easy chair on your schedule.
