Based on the most recent responses above this is an acceptable level of quality for a Good Sam authorized road service company.
Owner supplies wiring diagrams.
Pay hourly rate while they eat.
Never find common components of a diesel starting system.
Tech should be unfamiliar with RV components.
Only supply work around, not fix original problem.
Require direction on how to supply work around to get home.
Charge double of what supplied parts should cost retail.
Be told not to touch components that have nothing to do with the problem.
