GSRA could have two objectives:
1. Tow you somewhere and pass you off to someone else
2. Get you back on the road
GS which objective is it? If the first tow or service doesn't fix the problem will you tow again to someplace that can fix it. This lady is correct; she should not have to go through this kind of mess to get her problem solved. We pay you to solve our problems, not make them worse.
