First RV disablement, good and bad Roadside Assist

The Garden State Parkway is a restricted roadway by State Law, and the State controls who can and cannot tow from the Parkway, and they are on a rotation list. I have AAA and had to get reimbursed from them when I had a auto die on me. For some reason the State also restricts who can pay them, and SoCal AAA is not on the list. You should get reimbursed as you can't control what the charge is, the State sets the amount. Switching to Coach-net can't pay it either. States regulation like this needs to go.
