First time not satisfied with ERS
On about 5/17, we started to leave home on a trip and I heard air blowing from one of the rear tires on our motorhome. It was blowing out of the valve stem.
I called GS, roadside assistance and the lady stated that she would get someone to assist but that she may have to charge me and wanted a credit card number. i gave her the card number as I had no way to fix the tire.
The service truck came in about 30 minutes, very good. He tried putting air in the tire and the air came out of the stem again. After working around the valve stem again, he put air in and it didn't leak so he said that was all he could do.
I've had 3 other tires changed over the years and its never cost me anything except for once when they had to bring a tire and mount it.
A couple of days ago I got my credit card bill in and had a charge for $129.00. Don't think this is right.
Marcus, can you help me out or explain why I was charged for this.
