I called customer service today and discussed my issue. Turns out I was sent a premier card when I am a deluxe level member. All the resorts we have stayed at on our trip (8000+ miles)have deducted trip points appropriate for my level. Now, that said, I was mistaken thinking we were upgraded when we purchased our new trailer from Camping World, and this past trip has been the only time we have used C2C other than our home park network. Needless to say it has been a learning process. All is well.
