Free Motorhome or Trailer Life

I have been a Good Sam member for years. And in the beginning of my membership I owned a motorhome. In 2016 I sold the motorhome and purchased a 5th wheel. I have called Good Sam numerous times to switch the free subscription from Motorhome to Trailer Life. But to no avail, I received the new issue of Motorhome today. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
