The Camping World website has a membership promo at the bottom of the page that specifically says "Not a member? Join Today! Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on CampingWorld.com - ALL DAY, EVERY DAY!"


I've placed several order over the past months and have always had free shipping as part of my membership (the main reason I joined since there's not a store close to us). I just went to place a small order (~$30) and it shows $9.06 for shipping.

The header on the CW home page now says "Club Members: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $39*" When you click the "click for details" you get a pop up that says at the top Free shipping on $39, then in the text says free shipping on all orders for members...

Tried using online chat but nobody picked up (1:00pm EST on a Friday).

Funny. Inability to get "Member benefits" on the website a few years back led me to cancel my membership. Didn't work properly back then, might be the same now?

BTW, if you want free shipping, Amazon Tues-Wed is best pricing days. They bump up prices later in the week.

Walmart is "claiming" free 2nd day in some ads, but it's always been 7-10 days ship to store so haven't bothered with them in a while.

MOST online vendors will show this at time to time... I was looking at amp research steps last week, found a site offering 17% off for St. Patrick's Day...

When all totaled up, there was no discount... small print, usually on a different page stated that " Only certain items qualify"

call and voice your displeasure..... I got my 17% off from that particular vendor ! :-)

The free shipping promotion is for qualifying items only. Restrictions include freight items, custom orders and express delivery. Good Sam members and non-members pay for flat rate shipping.

Not a fan of camping world and right now the whole "Good Sam" club is on the Fence.
