Where did all these "Hall Monitors" come from. Read what is written as the tag line to every one of these forums in this section:
"Ask Marcus if you have questions, concerns or praise about your Roadside Assistance membership."
"Concerns" polite term for complainants but for obvious reasons that word is not used.
This is precisely what this forum is set up for and it serves a valuable purpose for GSE.
In General: I am amazed at those who feel it necessary to act as apologists and defenders for a giant corporation who is clearly making a fair number of it's customers truly angry with it's policies and practices. GSE is certainly able to defend itself.
I am not a CW?GS apologist. MY POINT WAS; the question had been asked and discussed to death once already. HOW MANY TIMES DO we the users need to see the guy is mad? ONCE IS ENOUGH> just like junk mail gets tiresome so do multiple posts on the same subject by the same person. His first 2 posts are rants because he is mad. He has never made a positive contribution to the forum but has been leeching for years.
After his rant he will disappear again until he is mad at some other thing that happened to him.
