Have I continued to bash them after receiving two replies? Other than replying to one posting, I don't think I've added anything since I got the replies. I'm happy that someone from the company at least stated they will look into it.
Don't worry about it...it may take us to beat a dead horse, but it takes an a$$ to beat us... ;)
