I had some extended warranty work performed at a CW. A long story, but the short is: They tried to stick us with diagnostic charges when troubleshooting the cause's.
3 items diagnoses 3 charges. $125.00 for each charge, or $375.00 total. We had a 50.00 deductible/copay. I told them that I would contact and complain to corporate about this and they decided to waive the fees.
We had already involved corporate in getting the work completed in the first place,as they had our camper for 3 mos.. We paid a 50.00 copay and promise not to return.
Contact a GS rep on the forum here and make them aware of your dilemma. Just make sure you understand the fine print in your EW as some have exclusions.
