Contact a GS rep on the forum here and make them aware of your dilemma. Just make sure you understand the fine print in your EW as some have exclusions.
Sounds kind of similar, except mine is on the back end (no diagnostic charges but shop fees and freight charges). As far as understanding the fine print, I read it thoroughly before buying it. I normally never buy extended service contracts, I made an exception because an MH has so many more things to fail than a standard car.
The adviser told me that they approved all repairs, so I am okay there. It's this extra stuff they are trying to charge me that is frustrating.
