Are they charging you storage and 'part unwrapping' fees, too :R
If they didn't want to honor a service, they shouldn't sell it. It's dishonorable to attempt to squirm out of a deal with unethical padding and BS.
Hopefully CW RR team will shake the tree and let the rotten fruit fall to the ground.
