Typically shop charges (rags etc) and freight are not covered by extended warranty. Typically diagnostics are covered if it is found the defective part or service is covered by the extended warranty. Your deductible should cover the cost of the shop charges, that is the way my service adviser works it, but then I don't use CW and don't know their policy.
