we had their extended service plan for several years and did file come clams .... early on, things went well .... they worked with my local dealer (not a Camping World dealership) from which we purchased the camper and we were pleased with the results .... not long after the current folks who own/run Camping World took over, things began to change .... it soon became clear that they were making a strong effort to have repairs made at their dealerships .... on our last claim, they threw up roadblocks and created hoop after hoop that they demanded the dealership had to go through .... as but one example, they went so far as to disapprove a charge for parts because they said they did an internet search and found the parts cheaper than listed on the bill from the dealership .... it is understandable that they would try to minimize what they pay, doing so maximizes their profits .... they sell the coverage to make money, not to pay money .... hence, the way they do add on every possible cent they can .... we voted with our pocketbook and no longer have their coverage
