I received an email request to "Please help us improve our fuel program!" by taking a survey.I started the survey.Question 1: Do you use Pilot Flying J as a fuel provider?Answer is yes.Question 2: Are you aware you can save at least 4¢ on gas & at least 6¢ on diesel at Pilot Flying J using your RV Plus Charge card?Answer is yes.So far, no problem.Question 3: Why have you been choosing to not enjoy at least 4¢ savings on gas & 6¢ savings on diesel?Now you are wasting my time!If you wish to survey your members on such issues -I assume there is some monetary gain for you to have as many people using the card as possible - please respect our time enough to either know whether or not we use the card or in the email, prominently display something to the effect, "If you don't currently use an RV Plus Charge card, we would appreciate you taking this survey."Tom

I don't use Pilot/Flying J because every time I have tried, I always go in with my credit card, and ask that the pump be started for a $150+ fillup. I have always been refused, telling me that they have to charge the maximum I expect to my card first, then will refund the balance. I will not do business with anyone that does not trust me not to drive off with a 30' Class A and attached toad. Apparently they do not need or want my business, and they won't get it.

I have used mine for 4 months almost$ 2,500 in fuel. Love it and try to only go to flying j now. So far great coverage from Washington to Texas to Florida, Grand Canyon to Las Vegas to So Cal. Bills my bank account, see the discount at the pump and have always paid at the pump. Always easy in and out and always good windshield tools.

I suggested that they either know that the survey should not have been sent to me - I doubt that will happen - or they make it clear in the email who the they want to take the survey.
