Thanks for all the replies. Word of mouth is our best revenge. If everyone who reads about these "sleazy" business practices tells someone else, the ripple effect will make people think twice before they deal with them. In this age of social media companies are foolish if they think they can hide these underhanded practices. We will never deal with them again. GOOD SAM has greatly disappointed us by endorsing this company although they are part of the GOOD SAM network. We are retired and do a lot of camping. Retirees have plenty of time to talk and spread the word. While we will be praising the repair shop we will not miss an opportunity to tell people what they can really expect from GMAC. The way this was handled was calculated. They started with a low ball figure, dragged this out for three weeks and then blackmailed the shop into taking less money just to get it over with. SHAME ON YOU GMAC!!
