When the car collision shop did ours, they took pictures and sent to e adjuster who was only 45 minutes away. Since they work with the insurance company, they also said that once they got inside it, that they may find more damage, which they did and said was common and that the insurance company knows that. Would be interested to know if RV collision centers work better with specific insurance companies as well.
