Good Experience this weekend

I like to give kudos where they are due, and Good Sam did good this weekend! I had a car repair go sideways in my driveway leaving the car inop and in need of a repair shop. Called GS, the representative spoke clear English, got my info, and recommended a repair shop. I stated I already had made arraignments for a different shop, gave the address. Rep asked if I wanted tow service info texted, yes. Asked if I wanted to stay on the line, not necessary. The whole phone call lasted 5 minutes. A minute later I had a text with towing service info. The company arrived on time in about an hour, was polite and quick, and towed my car to the shop. Overall a 5 star experience this time! Thanks!
