I received my new credit card before the Labor Day weekend and we were out of town, I tried to activate it 3 times on Aug 31 and it wouldn't go thru. So finally when we got home, I called and after several menus, I finally got a live person. They had issued the wrong number to me, the card had my name but someone else's number. Then they informed me it would take 7-10 days to get a new card. When I finally did get the card, I used it at camping world and then I tried to get gas and it was denied. So I called again. The lady I spoke to and I quote said "We were going to call you about a purchase that was made to Camping World, we weren't sure about that charge". All I could do was laugh, what's the name on the card!!! Finally got to where I can use it, but now I made by payment before the due date thru Barclays but it hasn't shown up on the new account. I told them today if I get billed for a late fee and if within the week I do not see my payment, I will be seeking a new card. I hate to do that, I've never had any problems before now.
