Good Sam Days $10.00 off coupon problem

I don't get it. I tried to place an order online and via the telephone and they say I have to send the $10 discount coupon in thru the mail to get the $10 credit. I received the savings circular and it has a code on it and states I must supply the code number to receive the discount, nothing about sending the coupon in along with a copy of the order. Online there is a space to enter the discount code but it rejects it. What's up with this. Every other store that has a coupon accepts the code either on the internet or on the phone.

I hope someone from Good Sams can get back to me and explain this. I would like to place an order and not have to go thru hoops to get the discount

  • The Rapid Response Team called me within a few hours of posting. We're all set. They placed the order for me without a hassle.

  • I've had codes reject at other online stores...it happens.

    I've also had it work for me on the CW store online.
