I've had great emergency roadside service through my insurance company, USAA. I've found myself disabled a few times with flat tires and such. No problems. But once due to a broken serpentine belt, USAA had a driver out to the campground within 30-40 minutes with a new belt. He replaced the serpentine belt, charged me the retail price of about $40 for the belt over and above what USAA was paying for the service fee, gave me a receipt and I was on my way. Can't justify Good Sam ERS for $79-$159 when I get what I need for $15-$20 per/yr. YMMV.
