Yeah, I'm thinking the sales rep may not of been there. I have emailed my sales rep before. One time I got an email the same day telling me he wasn't at work that day (he has access to his email away from the store). Another time he never ever responded at all.
But if I found a great deal, I would be back down at the dealership making a deal in person....
