when we used the good Sam service for a refinance it was so very painful to work with them and Essex credit which at the time they were using. we were doing a refinance for a lower rate so time wasn't really a factor like a new purchase would be but emails were not returned for days on end and calls were not returned either. It all ended up ok but as I said it was very frustrating to work with them. good luck in with your new purchase
